Hi, my name is Stoagie, but my foster family calls me Smithey. I believe I am a 3 months old Russel Parson Terrier mix . Of course in rescue there is rarely breed certainty, but I am certain that I am awesome! I weigh around 13 lbs and should end up in the 30-40 lb range as an adult. I am crate-trained, although I am usually only in the kennel when my humans are out of the house. Otherwise I am out and about with my 3 big "foster siblings". I'm pretty much house-trained when my humans are diligent on getting me outside at the appropriate times. If I have an accident in the house I use a puppy pad. I am also able to use a doggy door. I love romping around with the big dogs here and I have also become acquainted with the cat outside and we get along ok, but I'm not sure he trusts me yet. I sleep through the night (with my humans :-D) and go outside to take care of business when I first wake up. I'm still a puppy and am learning what things I can play with and what things are a no-no. I do hear my humans say that I am pretty easy to correct and I am concentrating on only playing with the right things as I am pretty dang smart. I am looking for a furever family to continue to provide consistency and training so I can be the best me that I can be. If I were to have a fenced yard and maybe a doggy sibling or two - I would be in heaven. If you are in love with my adorableness - complete the application below.
