Hi, Morty here. I have found myself back at the shelter after many years in a loving home as my owner is having health issues. I am reliably house trained and crate trained. I prefer having some nice blankets in my crate so I can make a nest. I was allowed on the furniture in my previous home as well. I lived with a female dog a long time ago and may be willing to do so again, but would do best in a home without any small animals. I am very affectionate and love hanging out with the kennel staff. I am looking for a retirement home to take me on some nice walks and then curl up on the couch. Could I be the dog for you? Weight: 61lbs (Beginning a weight loss journey)
