My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tinkerbell is a curious, affectionate young girl who loves butt scratches! She would love a home with another kitty, or just someone to give her lots of love at the end of a work day. She is friendly

Tinkerbell has some chronic GI upset and will need some care for the rest of her life. Likely will need a steroid pill daily, and may also need a special diet for the rest of her life as well.

More about this rescue

Smittens isn’t just another cat rescue.
We are a coalition of volunteers with a spay/neuter mission, dedicated to helping both stray and owned animals in the greater San Diego area get fixed, receive veterinary care, and whatever else they may need! Smittens works with shelters and other rescues to route cats to proper vet care and eventual homes, and we take in stray cats who need help getting off the street. We also support TNR for feral cats, and assist cat and dog owners to get their own pets fixed and vaccinated at a low cost.
