Meet Carl, a delightful six-year-old, 9 lb. miniature poodle with a curly salt & pepper coat who came to us from a kill shelter in South Carolina after he was found as a stray. He was chipped and his owner was contacted but sadly they never came to reclaim him. Now this charming boy is on a quest to find a new furever home, and he's bringing Southern hospitality and plenty of love with him!

At six years young, Carl is in the prime of his life, ready to share his affection and companionship with a lucky family. He's a true people-pooch, reveling in the joy of human company. Whether it's snuggling up for a cozy nap or enjoying a leisurely stroll, Carl is happiest when he's by your side. With a sweet disposition and a penchant for gentle play, Carl is the perfect buddy for households with or without other furry friends. He's currently in a foster home with six other small pups and does great with them.

He is a very good boy who is also house and crate trained. While Carl is a loving and loyal pup, he can sometimes feel scared in noisy or busy environments so because of this, he would do best in a calm home with teens and up who can provide the peace and patience he needs to feel safe and happy. He’ll truly make a perfect addition to any home!
