It's all about the 'Stache! Meet Magnum PI, Our Mustachioed Miniature Schnauzer! Magnum is a bright 8 month old boy, already neutered and ready to play. Magnum came to us as a surrender from an overwhelmed owner who didn't have the time and energy to provide Magnum the structure he needs. Magnum will do best in a home with no children.

Magnum is a lover-boy and is absolutely beautiful, however, he will need an owner who is willing to invest the time and love in proper training. With ongoing efforts, Magnum will be an amazing companion.

More about this rescue

We are a committed group of dog lovers who have decades of experience in dog rescue, volunteering at animal shelters and owning rescue dogs. Most recently, our two founders, have been working with rescuing dogs from Mexico and the Asian dog meat trade as well as California kill shelters, Midwest puppy mill breeder releases and rehoming owner surrendered dogs in Washington and Oregon.

Deciding that we are able to rescue more by combining forces, Pacific Rim Rescue was formed. Our mission is to rescue dogs from devastating conditions from countries of the Pacific Rim.

We are committed to providing foster homes, veterinary and behavioral training for these dogs, so that they may live happy and fulfilling lives in their forever homes.
