My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Rip but my foster Mom calls me Rippy Dippy Doo. She says that I'm too much of a Goofball to be named Rip. Now, I'm not sure what a Goofball is but it must be something special.

I was born July 5th 2023. My Dad is a Blue Heeler and my Mom is a Border Collie. I was born to be sold but was kept by the family that has my parents. They are having a new litter of pups soon so I'm not wanted anymore. Tossed me out like yesterday's trash. Thankfully they called my foster Mom and she gave me a place to stay until I find my forever family.

I'm a goofy loving bundle of energy. I love playing with the other dogs at my foster home. I'm a sweet boy that loves to give hugs, yes I will actually give you a hug and when i'm giving you that hug I will also give you some kisses. I'm good on leash, house trained and crate trained. I don't much like to ride in the car but we are working on that. Once my foster Mom gets me in the car (takes a little push in the tush) I'm good for the ride.

Will you be my forever family?

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit animal rescue group.

We started out as just a fund, at our local vet, to help pay for operations, etc. for animals in need. Now we rescue animals in need: injured, sick, old, or dying. We give them a second chance and the best life we can until a forever home can be found. We take animals most other rescues turn down because we believe all life is worth our efforts.

Our organization is all volunteer and foster based, because we do not have a shelter. We do not euthanize our animals to make room for more. We run totally on donations and are willing to take any type [money, food, toys, bedding, crates, etc.]. Donations can be mailed to PO Box 2371, Marion NC 28752.
