What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We found this little guy on the street as a puppy and posted his details everywhere we could, but nobody claimed him. He is very affectionate and attached. He likes playing fetch and cuddling on the couch for TV time. Unfortunately, he has become territorial and has gotten involved in a number of fights with our much larger German shepherd. Though their rapport has usually been one of play and affection, there has been too many fights between them for us to keep him on permanently. By default, he is quite aggressive to stranger animals.
Denver would be an ideal dog for a household with no other pets. He is big enough to take on hikes and runs, but small enough to fit on the couch. He is very loving and it will be hard to let him go.
