Hi there, I'm Ariel, I am a quiet, affectionate and gentle girl who enjoys simple pleasures and peaceful places🥰

I guess I'm what they call shy or reserved, but sweet. I love getting head scratchies and neck rubs and will accept unlimited petting once we are comfy with each other. I like to cuddle on the couch beside my family with my arms stretched across you while we watch TV together. I don't mind being picked up but I prefer choosing, or having my own cushion then "overflowing" onto you 🥰 I love to watch the world around me while I relax in my cat tree. I love the cubby hole best because I enjoy having a spot that buffers me from the busy world. Don't you? ... Fast or loud is not for me. Instead, I click with people who are calm and gentle, and I am my best self in peaceful settings. ... I am young too though, so I like some low-key playtime; you might not see me play in front of you until I feel comfortable in a new place, but I'd like if you're patient with me for that please.

I'm just a small, shy kitty looking for love in a big, strange world. So, I hope it's ok that I need love and understanding while I adjust to my new forever home!.Being an introvert can be hard to meet people but I hear there are people who love cats like me best... people who know we are wonderful companions 🥰 I dream of a forever home with people like that, who enjoy a calmer, slower pace. I dream of that moment when I feel like I'm finally home and give them my whole heart! 🥰

From my foster: Ariel is a gentle, shy little girl. She warms up very quickly if you are calm, collected and let her blossom naturally. Once she knows you, she is "ok" to be picked up, but she prefers to come to you for snuggles. She has a soft purr and is quiet - we have not heard her meow yet. She's a beautiful girl with such a pretty and unique coat!
