This little beauty is Coco who is a female, purebred, Toy Poodle that is about 9lbs and around 9 years old, but don't let the age fool you...this little girl loves to play with toys, go in the car with you, and has a good mix of fun and calm energy. She has the most beautiful charcoal gray coat you've ever seen! Coco came to our rescue when we were notified that her previous owner had passed away and that the son of the owner took on Coco when his mom died, but within a matter of months, he dumped her at the shelter telling them that he was moving-he wasn't. Coco is in a loving foster home where she is getting tons of love, yummy food, and a cozy human to sleep next to. She has had a full exam with our vet and has been fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. We have also had a full senior blood panel (all good), an echocardiogram (she has a low grade heart murmur/doesnt need any meds at this time), and a full dental w/extractions done. She is now one perfect and healthy girl! This little beauty wants to be with you everywhere, so a home with owners that are not gone long hours during the day, work from home, or retired would be best for her. She definitely needs a home where she is allowed on the furniture as she LOVES sitting by your side on the couch or laying snuggled next to you in bed. With losing her owner and then be tossed into the shelter which must have been so scary for her....we want to see her in the best most loving forever home out there! She really deserves it!
Coco is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Coco's adoption fee is $500.
We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles Areas as an in person meet and greet, home check, and trial period are required.

THE FORGOTTEN DOG FOUNDATION rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes shelter, stray, abused and abandoned dogs. Our goal is to place our rescues in foster homes rather than in boarding facilities.
