My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ellie is a year and a half year old Australian Shepherd mix (full "ancestry" in photos). She is a sweetheart when she feels safe, but she has serious anxiety that has begun manifesting in aggression. She recently bit someone, and while I'm still trying to figure out what is best for her, I don't know that I am able to provide her with the time, training and attention she needs to help her overcome her issues. I've had her since she was 6 months old. I've known she was an anxious pup from the get go, but I have other animals I care for and I worry about their safety with the way her behavior is escalating. While I love her deeply, she deserves someone who can give her the help she needs.

Bad aside, below are her better qualities:
- Great with other animals. I have three cats she has never been aggressive towards (even if they swat at her). Also lives with chickens, cows and ducks
- Attended doggy daycare; no issues
- Loves belly rubs
- Somehow never has bad breath (it's shocking)
