We would like for you to meet this good looking boy named Luke! He came to the shelter as a lost little boy on 5/18. He is very sweet, a little shy but will adjust quickly. Just look at those beautiful, golden eyes. They are absolutely stunning, Luke is 2 years old and weighs 53lbs. Mr. Luke has a bit of a skin condition but with proper diet, baths, and meds he will be as good as new. A vet will prescribe the proper treatment. Luke is very intelligent as he knows his basic commands. Please take some time and come visit this gentle angel and see what he is all about.! He needs you now more than ever. Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
