What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Bruce came to us with a sibling. The dad and mom plus puppies were found and all rehoused. He’s a very affectionate dog and would be a great candidate for emotional support training. He comforts you if you’re feeling stressed or crying. He knows basic obedience, kennel trained, heel to come and walks well on leash. He is up to date with vaccines and intact.
Only reason why we are rehoming, ( his only behavior issue) as a Rhodesia ridgeback and Great Dane breed, he has a high small pray drive. Unfortunately, we have an urban farm with small farm animals and we cannot coexist.
His perfect home is someone who can provide enough exercise through walks, training and a large enough yard to run. He does well with other large dogs but needs proper introduction just like any new pet. Must be supervised around smaller pets ( cats or dogs). He is very kind with kids but he is a large dog and he thinks he’s a lap dog. He loves to tuck his head on your lap for pets.
