My name is Buttercup!

Hi! My name is Buttercup! I am a beautiful 7-year-old brindle girl with the sweetest eyes! My past life included living in deplorable conditions in a hoarder's home with 16 cocker spaniels while having an infected toe that was amputated. That is all in my past and I am thriving and ready for my forever home! I am a calm, sweet, playful, and loving girl that loves to snuggle on the couch. It should be mentioned I am terrified of storms. I will pant and pace at the first flash of lightening or sound of thunder and nothing consoles me until it passes. When the weather is nice, I love to lay on the sun deck and roll in the grass outside. I am my human's shadow and will follow them anywhere to make sure I do not miss out on any fun. I am house trained with a doggy door, crate trained, and leash trained! I am friendly and happy with kids and would be fine with kids of any age. I love other dogs! I currently live with a bulldog and have ridden in a car with another boxer and do great with them. It's unsure if I am cat friendly since I have never lived with one. My foster mom says I am a "loving and sweet soul" that will do well in any home.
