My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet us at our foster home by appointment in Yorktown Heights,NY

Meet Jada's puppies - Jaycee, Jolene, Joseph, Jose, Jayla and Jonah - they are happy hanging out with the humans or napping in the cool breeze. They love to play with toys and they haven't met a human or doggie they didn't like!
See Momma Jada in their bio pictures, she is a petite 35 pound lady with a sweet disposition and great manners.
IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. NYS Markets and Agriculture law 377-a requires a deposit for an unaltered pup at the time of adoption, which is in addition to your adoption fee, the deposit is $50. There is a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The deposit will be refunded once the contract has been fulfilled and proof has been sent to PawSafe.
*Due to state laws regarding our out-of-state adoptions, we cannot adopt to families in Massachusetts.

Additional adoption info

Our volunteers have made a commitment to ensure that the animals we place will be in their new home for life.

Once an application is submitted, a volunteer will work with you to set up a time to meet the puppies that interest you.

Please plan on meeting the animal you are interested in adopting. Although the pictures and descriptions may show the "perfect" pet for you - nothing replaces an actual meeting!! You can NOT place an animal on hold. This is unfair to both the animal and other potential adopters.

ADOPTION FEES:
Please read the Q&A's on our website for adoption fee information and what is included.

More about this shelter

We work very closely with rescues in southern states to find new homes for dogs and puppies who deserve a family despite their state of origin.

Most of the puppies in our care come from over-crowded shelters in states with extreme over population and high kill rates. Our main goal is to place orphaned and unwanted animals into loving permanent homes.
