My name is Jimmy!

Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) Mix Dog for adoption in New Kent, Virginia - Jimmy

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Jimmy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and not good with cats.

Jimmy's Story...
Very pretty - what a striking beauty!
The neighbors feel he was dumped in their area since they don't know him and he was standing around - acting like he was waiting - how heartbreaking!

He's smart and friendly, but needs a family committed to continuing his basic obedience and giving him some mental/physical challenges to keep him happy, he needs a chance and a family to love him.

Update: He is leash walking with a female dog and doing great, I will update as he learns to make more friends.

Will be in foster care to learn basic manners, etc. on Sat! Yea, Jimmy!

Act quickly to adopt Jimmy. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jimmy, a New Kent Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in New Kent, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in New Kent.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Kent already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Kent breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Kent paves the way for another one to be saved.
