My name is Patrick!

Hey everyone… it’s me, Patrick.

I’ve been a very good boy all year... pinky promise. I’m 3 years old, full of love, and I’ve been waiting at HSNV/A3P since 07/12/2024. That’s over 514 days of hoping someone finally says, “He’s the one.”

That’s a long time for a good boy like me.

I’m playful, I adore affection, and I’m happiest being the only kitty in the home so I can soak up all the love for myself. I’m not too picky, just looking for someone who wants a loyal, goofy, gentle companion.

But there’s something about me that makes me “different”…

…and sometimes, it makes people overlook me before they even meet me.

I have FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).

Don’t worry, it sounds scarier than it is. FIV is a cat-only virus that can weaken the immune system, but with a stress-free home, good food, indoor living, and someone who cares… cats like me can live long, happy, totally normal lives. I just need someone willing to see me, the sweet, playful, affectionate boy behind the three little letters.

After 514 days, I’m still hopeful.

Still dreaming.

Still believing my perfect person is out there.
