Berlyn is a 5 year old female Weim looking for a new home due to the addition of a new baby to the family and mom going back to work.
Her family says: "Berlyn is a very sweet, loving dog. She needs someone around her all the time to cuddle with. I went back to work and she is crated for 10 hours. She cries the whole time and is starting to exhibit old behavior problems (counter surfing, doing something bad to get your attention). She is not getting the attention she needs since I have our 18 month old baby to also give attention to. Berlyn does not like this. She would be happier in a home with someone who can give their undivided attention to her. She sleeps under the covers at night and has to be touching you or she is not satisfied. She will follow you everywhere, so if you don’t want a dog always by your side she is not the one for you. Will take dog Berlyn back immediately if any problems arise."
Berlyn gets along well with other dogs - she "has to be the Alpha dog" her family says.
Cats?-Berlyn's family has 5 cats which she has lived with for 5 years. Her family says "Berlyn does enjoy chasing them which gets really annoying, but she will not hurt them. Recommend that she does stay away from cats unless owner is willing to put up with her constantly starring them down."
