My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harlin is a very sweet three year old, four pound male yorkie, who loves to play and is learning to walk on a leash. He is house trained with a doggie door and loves going outside! Harlin will make an excellent companion for any family. He gets along well with other dogs, children and cats! Harlin may be timid initially, but once he knows you - he is a remarkably loving and loyal!

We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are in the process of applying for our 501(c)(3) and are a non-profit group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home.
