My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Houdini (aka little Stinker) is not your typical black kitty...as you may guess by his name! This young tyke is only about 6 months old, neutered, and with a HUGE heart that is only surpassed by his even bigger TUMMY! This adventurous guy found us and was quickly won over by a bowl of food. And then another. And another. And another. When our "stray" finally succeeded in milking us out of at least three mounded bowls of food a day, we decided the time had come to get this boy a real home. Houdini quickly escaped the first cattery he was placed in, which was fairly remarkable since no cat had escaped that particular enclosure in 7 years! Of course, he didn't go far..hanging out in the back yard begging for food all day. We placed him in another cattery while we scratch our heads and try to figure out how he got out of the first one. In the meantime, Houdini has got himself a decked out flat, all to himself and you'd think he'd be living the high life, but he's lonely! This guy likes everyone! Other cats, all people including kids..even chickens! While he was stray he hung out a lot with a flock of chickens, rolling around in the grass. This guy would be a great cat, indoor or indoor/outdoor. He is vocal, purrs constantly and is always looking for love. Houdini's adoption rate is $60 and includes vaccinations, felv testing, neuter and litterbox trained.
