My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is George and I have turned into a new dog since I came to NASPR. I was picked up at Animal Control and had a few serious problems. I was heartworm positive and didn't feel well. It took a while, but we found out my thyroid wasn't working properly. I had heartworm treatment, was neutered, vaccinated, and began treatment for my low thyroid. My skin looks good now and I have almost doubled my weight. I am a good looking boy and weight about 70 pounds. Now all I need is a special forever home where I can continue to thrive.
