Special needs jack russell looking for a new home. Justice is a 5 year old neutered male jack russell terrier looking for a new home at no fault of his own. He was born with an under developed optic nerve which causes limited vision in his right eye. Due to this he will run in circles when excited or bored. He is very sweet and good with other dogs and children. Justice is crate trained and working on house training.
