Pinky's Story...
Hi, my name is Pinky ( because I have a beautiful pink spot on my nose!). I am a 50 pound female Boxer mix. I love to play and I am great with other dogs and kids. I am very sweet and affectionate! I would love to be part of your family!! Note from the foster family: Pinky is a 50 pound lap dog and is as sweet and loving as they come. She is crate trained and house trained and sleeps quietly in her crate all night. She is a truly good dog ( and very very cute!) She has heart worms but her treatment is included in her adoption fee. She also is very athletic and can climb fences so she needs to be with a family who will keep her with them inside ( or crated when they are gone) most of the time. Pinky would make a great addition to any family. Pinky is about two years old. Come take her for a walk at Petco Humble on FM 1960 just east of Hwy 59 on weekends 12-4:30 and see if she is a match for your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pinky, a Humble Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Humble, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Humble.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humble already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humble breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humble paves the way for another one to be saved.
