My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Pia (blue merle)! DOB: 3/20/08 Her and her two sisters, Pia and Katie, were dropped off by their owner who stated "I have no use for these dogs anymore, you can put them down." The staff asked if we could put them up for adoption since all three are just wonderful dogs, and he gave them permission. Mia and Pia are littermates and they are 2 years old, weighing in at about 30 pounds. They are scared right now, more Pia then Mia, because of their new surroundings. However we did get them to warm up fairly quickly and as you can see by these photos, are just very sweet and friendly dogs. I would REALLY like it if these two could remain together, however if that is not possible, I understand. All 3 dogs (Katie is the German Shorthaired Pointer), seemed really attached to each other. But I think Mia or Pia would be lost without the other one especially all that they have just gone through. They are not hyper dogs, have really good energy, I think they would just make perfect family dogs. Come by and meet them!
