Say hello to Primrose. Primrose has been in our care for 334 days, with little to no interest from potential adopters.
Primrose is a beautiful 2-year-old calico.
She is a sassy, confident, and independent little lady. She is as sweet as can be, but sometimes, she can get overstimulated, and her playful side gets too rough for most.
She doesn't mean any harm by this behavior. She just feels things very intensely. Because of this kind of behavior though, it is best if Primrose lives with adults only, and no small children.
Primrose loves cozy naps in sunbeams, batting at her favorite toys, and finding the perfect spot to curl up and relax. If you respect her boundaries and let her be her fabulous self, she will reward you with plenty of purrs, cuddles (on her terms, of course), and endless entertainment. Life with Prim is never boring—she keeps things exciting, just like a true calico should!
This active girl is looking for cat savvy staff who know how to keep her occupied and engaged. This kind of curiosity and drive for action makes her the perfect companion for busy adults who are looking for someone to take on the world with.
When Primrose is put in a new environment, she is a bit shy at first, and even a bit spicy. But with a little patience and understanding, she will eventually warm up to you, and her true personality will shine through. You'll discover that she is a lovely, affectionate girl, who just wants to be loved like everyone else.
