My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is a playful young dog with a whimsical expression. He's a great size for any family at 35 Lbs. He loves to play and would make a great hiking or other outdoor activity dog. Just picture him running through the snow of a winter's day ! Buddy gets along well with other friendly dogs but has not been tested with cats. This beautiful boy was scheduled to be euthanized at a Texas shelter because he tested positive for heartworm infection. Little Souls Foundation looked at his face and just couldn't let that happen. We had him transported to Connecticut and treated for this condition. He is now ready to live a long and wonderful life with some lucky family. Buddy has been neutered, microchipped, and his shots are up to date. His adoption fee is $375 which helps to reimburse us for his transport fee and some of his vet expenses. We would prefer a home without young children. Please request a pre-adoption questionnaire if you truly want to rescue a wonderful dog. We would prefer a Connecticut adoption but might consider out of state.
