Meet Ruthie, an affectionate, playful, and wonderfully goofy girl who’s ready to bring joy into her forever home! She’s an average-energy pup who enjoys short bursts of play and taking some naps in between. In foster, she loved soft toys, tug sessions, and being close to her people. Ruthie is friendly with everyone she meets, rides calmly in the car, and is very food-motivated—making training both fun and rewarding as she works on improving her leash skills. She’s reportedly housetrained and crate trained. While here at HSC, she had the chance to meet some dog friends and likes a variety of personalities, so if you`ve got a pup that plays just as sweetly as she does, bring them down to say hello!
All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
