Luna and Lyra are bonded young sisters who had a rough start to life. Rescued from the streets of Bushwick without a mom and left to fend for themselves, these girls are slowly coming out of their shells. On the outside, they are timid and still uncertain, but inside they are full of goofy energy and are making strides everyday.
Luna is still learning to trust but LOVES her kitty friends and is extremely docile and sweet. Lyra's foster mom says that she sleeps on the bed every night and loves being scratched and petted (and soon forgets that she's supposed to be scared).
Both have silky soft fur, have very good litterbox habits and are adorable to watch play. The ideal home would be quiet with a new mom, dad or family who are willing to be patient and help them become their true, spirited young selves!
Luna and Lyra are about 1 year old and healthy. They are spayed and microchipped, tested fiv-/felv-, up to date on vaccines and ready for the right home where they can continue to thrive and come out of their shell!.
