Miss Honey is a serene and laid-back momma cat who is bonded to her daughter, Matilda. Honey is a quiet observer and loves nothing more than a cozy spot from which to reign over her domain. She can start out reserved, but given a slow, considerate approach, she will show you just how sweet she can be! Once she adjusts and comes out of her shell, you'll find her taking naps next to you in bed and rolling around chilling on the floor.
She will run away when you're standing up and walking towards her, but if you crouch and hold out your hand and she'll quickly come ambling back to you, looking for pets. She does not like to be picked up but otherwise she is a very gentle cat.
As a more laid-back cat, Honey prefers watching Matilda utilize her youthful energy to run around the house. Sometimes Matilda gets a bit too high-energy for her and they can play-fight, but they will always end up grooming each other and end the day curled up together. Miss Honey will also help eat any food that Matilda doesn't finish herself.
Both of them love string toys, and Miss Honey in particular loves when you swing toys over her like a pendulum or hide them behind a corner - that's when this gentle giant starts pouncing!
