Their adoption process

We will always take our animal back if it doesn't work out between the humans and dogs. We will first ask or help them with any issues if need be to keep the animal in the family. Education is very important.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. We do this to make sure the proper home fits the right energy level and space the dog needs to thrive.
  2. Interview
    1. This is when we contact the interested adopter and have them meet the dog and get to know the families.
  3. Approve Application
  4. Meet the Pet
    1. We give the families time to bond with the animals inside the "She Shed" and on the property. This is nice when they bring another animal.
  5. Meet the Pet
  6. Sign Adoption Contract
  7. Pay Fee

Go meet their pets

More about this rescue

After being in the rescue world and working full time, Santana Fellenz decided to retire from work and make saving more animals her priority. So Moseleys' Mutt Oasis was started.

Tim Moseleys, (Santana's husband) built a facility with kennels/runs attached to a spacious 1200 square ft. area set up like a house. This set up allows dogs to learn house type rules. It also give us time to spend with the dogs while relaxing with them or playing with them inside area. If they are not outside playing on our property or in the horse arena. My friends call it doggie Disneyland.

We take in animals from various situations; owner surrender, found dogs, injured dogs, reservation dogs, Mexico dogs, injured dogs and puppies and dogs dumped by the owners. Mostly larger dogs but some small too. We have a few fosters and could probably save more with more fosters.

We are a 501 C 3 non profit in Gilbert, Arizona. You can find us on facebook, email us or call us. We intake various dogs and make sure they are healthy, get proper vaccines or treatment for health, spay and neuter all animals as well as rabies, and Micro chip. Then we adopt the animal into the appropriate home for the dog and the families.

We are always looking for volunteers and donations to help us with our mission.
