Romeo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Romeo's Story...
Romeo is extremely sweet. He loves toys and gets along great with other dogs. He's fine with kids - preferably kids 10 yrs of age and older because he likes to jump and will knock down a toddler. He can be mouthy when he gets too excited -- his behavior is very much like a puppy. He walks good with a leash. He is afraid of certain things like bicycles and skateboards - and he will bark excessively until it is out of sight. Overall, Romeo is a lover. He is the best and will make your heart melt. He is absolutely gorgeous. When he is in trouble his ears go back and he gives you the "forgive me, I didn't mean it" look. You can't help but smother him with kisses. He also enjoys being carried like a baby and loves to sleep on the bed with you. He rolls up into a ball right next to you and wakes you up with kisses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a Edgewater American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in Edgewater, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Edgewater.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edgewater already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edgewater breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edgewater paves the way for another one to be saved.
