My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baby Boy – The Gentle Soul Looking for Safety and Love

Baby Boy once called the outdoors his home, but life wasn’t always kind to him. For a while, he managed on his own, but when a new colony cat started bullying him, he found himself in need of a safe place to land. Now, this sweet and gentle boy is looking for a forever home where he’ll never have to worry about fending for himself again.

Despite his rough past, Baby Boy has a heart full of love. He’s a bit shy at first, but with kindness and patience, he blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion. Whether he’s curling up in a cozy spot or soaking in the warmth of a sunny window, Baby Boy is ready to embrace the comfort of indoor life—he just needs a family to show him he’s finally safe.

Baby Boy may need ear surgery, so he is currently available as foster-to-adopt, giving his future family the chance to support him through his healing journey. With the right care and love, he’ll be forever grateful to the people who give him the second chance he deserves.

Could you be the one to give Baby Boy the love and security he’s been waiting for? He’s ready to leave his past behind and start a new chapter in a home where he’s cherished.

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
