Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Dixie – A Sweet Girl Ready to Bloom
Dixie came into our care in August of last year, a devoted mama to six tiny kittens, rescued from a rural property in St. George. She was cautious at first, focused on keeping her babies safe, but over time, this soft-spoken sweetheart has blossomed into a charming, curious, and affectionate little lady.
Born around September 19, 2022, Dixie is now spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped—and ready for her next chapter: a forever home filled with love, patience, and maybe even a feline friend.
Dixie is a quiet queen who’s still working on building her confidence, but her gentle personality is already shining through. She has the cutest little meow and will quietly approach you when she’s ready for pets (and politely let you know when she’s done). She’s a laser toy enthusiast, a sunbeam seeker, and she loves cozying up in a cat tree perch to observe the world around her.
She’s experimenting with cuddles, loves a good lick treat, and will do the most adorable dance when it's mealtime in and around your feet. With time and a calm environment, she continues to open up more each day. Her foster mom thinks she is the most funny little girl, and it’s great to watch her get more and more comfortable every day.
Dixie would thrive in a home with another friendly cat to help show her the ropes and offer companionship. She has so much love to give—and just needs the right person to give her the chance to shine.
If you think Dixie might be your purrfect match, visit our website to learn more about our adoption process and fill out an application. Let’s find this lovely girl her happily ever after.
Adopt, don’t shop—because every queen deserves a kingdom.
