Sparky's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Sparky's Story...
Sparky's temperament is pure gold! He's great with the three kids, and the two other dogs at his foster home. He's completely housetrained and just adorable too! Our vet says he's just about one year old.
He's a beautiful boy, not even knee high, but he's athletic. He can jump straight up really high, but he's never attempted to jump the fence at his foster home...content to hang out.

Sparky was abandoned by his previous owner, left in the apartment alone for several days when they were forced to evacuate. A caring neighbor called HART and Sparky is waiting for the loving home he deserves.

All HART dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines, including bordatella and rabies. They are heartworm tested and on preventative for heartworm, fleas, and ticks. If you are interested in any of our pets, you must complete an online dog adoption application at www.rescueAhart.or...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sparky, a Cincinnati Australian Shepherd/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Beagle for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Beagle dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Beagle breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
