With a big heart, a sharp mind, and an enthusiasm for life that’s hard to resist, this guy is ready for his adoptive home. Smart, affectionate, and endlessly loyal, he’s ready to be your running partner, your ride-or-die copilot riding shotgun, and your very best friend.
Mylo thrives with activity and loves having a job to do and is always eager to please. He loves car rides, happily hopping in for an adventure. When not riding shotgun, Mylo most likely can be found playing with a tennis ball or stuffie. When playtime is over, he’s just as happy settling in for couch snuggles and quiet companionship. He forms deep bonds with his people, enjoys being brushed, and is respectful in the home.
The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.
Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.

HOW TO ADOPT: Check the animal’s location.
From the Dog Kennels/Dog Isolation/Dog Quarantine (in shelter): To meet this dog, please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 – 5 pm on one of our open days, no appointment needed. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday and all holidays.
From Foster Care (out of shelter): Put the name of the dog(s) in the Subject Line of a new email. In the email include your name, phone number and address. Send to - sasfosteradoption@seattle.gov.
