Mary Lou Ellen is a darling black-and-white tuxedo girl with the softest pink toes and little black spots on her paws. She’s a petite kitty with a round belly, round eyes, and the sweetest expression that makes everyone fall in love.
This confident and cuddly girl is a professional napper and dedicated lap cat. She has a soft, broken meow and loves snuggling with people and even dogs. Her favorite activities include sunbathing, rubbing her face against yours, and playing—especially while lying down (she is a little lazy, after all).
Mary Lou Ellen enjoys treats, wet food, and being doted on. She does need a bit of help with digestion, so she gets pumpkin and probiotics to keep her tummy happy.
She found her way into rescue by visiting her foster’s house daily—until one day, the magic of wet food won her heart and she happily moved in. She settled in immediately, showing everyone just how loving and sweet she truly is.

Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag.
We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

More about this rescue
Our group's founders came from other cat rescue groups as we wanted to accept the cats others would not accept; older animals, injured, FIV positive and black cats/kittens. We also assist with TNR and have several traps to loan. We are small and informal, and always welcome new volunteers in any capacity.
