Junia is a sweet, playful little pup who wins everyone over with her adorable underbite — people often say she looks like a mini boxer! At home, she’s a curious companion who loves to follow her person from room to room, making sure she’s part of whatever’s going on.
Once Junia feels comfortable, she turns into a total cuddlebug! She gives gentle kisses, loves sitting in laps, and adores morning snuggles on the bed. She’s also become an excellent walking buddy — walks are one of her favorite activities, and she trots along proudly beside you.
Because she was under-socialized before rescue, Junia can still startle easily and may bark at strangers or new situations. She isn’t fearful — she just needs a bit of patience and reassurance to build trust. Once she does, her silly, affectionate personality shines through.
Junia gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and does great with cats too! She enjoys playing chase and wrestling with her big dog friends, and even engages with her foster’s playful cat (but wisely gives space to the grumpy one). When no one’s up for playtime, she happily entertains herself with toys or zooms around before curling up for a long nap.

Once your application is approved you will be contacted by the rescue and discuss the dog you are interested in and transportation.

Adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, health certificate and transportation.

Puppies under 6 months: $350
Dogs over 6 months: $300
(Special adoption fee applies to some dogs and puppies)

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.
Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.
