My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Murphy is a sad little boy who was abandoned by his family a couple of weeks ago and his main caregiver, an 84 year old, has been placed in a nursing home facility. He's an older boy, but aside from a stiff back leg, he seems to be in good health. He was set free in the streets when the family no longer wanted him, but Murphy really prefers the indoor life. If the right person comes along, we can drive him anywhere in the state for a rescue center or someone to take him in, help him and love him. He is a sweet, sweet dog and is very loving but obviously very stressed over being abandoned. Murphy still makes trips to look for his people and wants nothing more than a loving forever home to live out the rest of his days. As this is an "Assist-to-Place" situation, no adoption fee is required; any donation you'd like to make for our matchmaking services, however, would be greatly appreciated.
