Brutus's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Brutus's Story...
Brutus is a sweet bulldog mix who is approximately 2 years old. He was pulled from a local animal shelter after he was pulled from their adoption program for "mysterious" hair loss and squeezing. The hair loss was just hot spots. He will only be placed in a home who has had previous experience with bully breeds. He does get along with smaller dogs, but will not get along with any dog his size or bigger who is a MALE. We require a home check, personal references, and vet references before approval of adoption. He's completely vetted which includes; neutered, all vaccines, heartworm negative, and on heartworm prevention.
Adoption fee is $350.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brutus, a Arlington English Bulldog/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog/American Bulldog for sale in Arlington, or seeking a English Bulldog/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog/American Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
