Simon is Looking For: His forever family! German shepherds are a special breed - they're super attached to their humans and Simon is looking for that attachment - to give and get love, to be a loyal companion. He's also a young boy with all that great energy to burn on sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures his family can dream up. What do you say? Is Simon the companion you have been seeking?
What Simon Knows: Simon spent some time on the Dogs Playing For Life Canine Center campus in Florida. There, he received basic training and enrichment. He worked on the Sit and Place commands, loose leash walking, and sitting at open doors, waiting to be released to go out. He also got to play with enrichment toys such as food-filled Kongs and food puzzles.
What My Foster Says About Me: Simon is a big love bug and wants to shower people in love! He's very affectionate and also incredibly smart! He's picking up on training really well. He's super snuggly and wants to be next to us all the time. He loves toys and treats, and will entertain himself with toys if my resident dog doesn't want to wrestle with him (which is his favorite thing to do).
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckydog .
Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament.
