`We all love Patty. She`s so soft, and the way she leans into you says `you`re my whole world`. Patty has a lot of anxiety, so she has the most trouble going on walks. She is scared of most cars, any loud noises, and has a bit of separation anxiety as well. We walk her on a harness to prevent her from choking herself when she refuses to walk or gets spooked. She just needs a constant companion to help her realize everything is okay and that she`s safe. Many staff members choose to come in when they`re not working or on lunch just to spend time with her in her kennel. She is very loved, and can`t wait for her to find her forever home.`
`Miss Patty Lady, she is the most affectionate, loving, happy, big hearted lady that once she warms up to you and you gain her trust she blossoms into a fun loving and loyal rare flower! She would love a couch to lay on all day with the person she loves, watch movies and hang out with you where ever you go. We are so proud of you sweetie, you`ve come so far and grown so much since first coming to us here at LHS.`
`Patty is so sweet and wants nothing more than to lean into you and get all the pets she can. She will blossom with the right forever home and is so soft!`
`Patty is a genuinely sweet dog. She takes a little time to warm up, but once you’re in, she always remembers her people! She shows love through leaning against your legs, kisses and nuzzles, and is a smart, lovely choice for adoption.`

`Patty has only ever known shelter life, but this two-year-old beauty is ready to learn what it means to be loved. The world outside can feel big and overwhelming for her, but she’s slowly discovering that it’s full of good things, especially when she has a trusted person by her side. Once Patty is familiar with you (which doesn’t take long), her loyalty and affection shine through in the sweetest ways. When she’s feeling confident, Patty is all energy and curiosity. She’s athletic, playful, and eager to explore, but just as happy to curl up in your lap for snuggles. She’s a total velcro dog who loves to lean against your leg while you walk, rest her head against your chest, and soak up every bit of affection she c
