ADOPTED, NOT available. Original bio:
Bear is just that....a snuggly, soft, sweet teddy bear type of dog. We rescued this precious boy from a So. CA animal shelter where he had been surrendered by his owner - another victim of the economy. When his owner left, he cried & howled. He was so terrified there that shelter staff called us to see if we would take him. We feel in love with him the instant we met him...so did the vet staff & the groomer. Bear is about 2 years old & weighs 16 lbs. He has a gentle disposition & adores his humans. Bear would prefer to be an only dog. He enjoys going for walks, & loves to cuddle with you. He's the type of dog who is devoted to his people. Bear is neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, & had a dental performed by our vet. He's completely potty trained & goes outside. Bear would be best in an all adult home. Because of his shelter abandonment, he would do best in a home where someone is there most of the time....at least for the next 1-2 months. His new family will be very happy to have him. Bear's adoption donation is $365 & includes his microchip registration cost.
