Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Spice may start off a little shy, but once she feels safe, her true personality shines, and she’s full of sweetness, playfulness, and joy! This beautiful girl is a bit reserved around new people and can be easily spooked, so she’s looking for someone patient who will give her the time and gentle care she needs to build trust. To meet Spice, please call 843-249-4948 to schedule an appointment, or you can submit an application at https://humanesocietynmb.org/dog-adoption-form/
If you are interested in fostering Spice, please submit a foster application at https://humanesocietynmb.org/be-a-foster-caregiver/

HSNMB does not hold animals and all adoptions are done on a first-come, first-served basis in person at the shelter. Once the adoption is completed and the fee is paid, you must take the animal with you at that time.
Please be sure to bring a photo ID and cash or a credit card for the adoption fee. The primary caregiver is required to be present to go through the adoption process. Any children 5 and under and, in some cases, any existing dogs living in the home will be required to be present and meet the animal prior to adopting. Meet and greets are not required for all animals, but may be deemed necessary by HSNMB staff for specific pets.
Adoption Fees:
Cats (over 6 months of age): $60
Kittens (under 6 months of age): $100
Dogs (over 6 months of age): $110
Puppies (under 6 months of age): $140
Seniors ages 60 and up qualify for discounted adoptions fees.
