My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well You can't take a bad photograph of this handsome boy. At first my photo's were of a beautiful cat who looked annoyed by the camera so I changed gears and talked baby talk to him. He liked that and relaxed. Then I petted him oh so gently, softly, cooing at him and he melted into a little ball of love . Now happy, he started posing for me.

He is a young boy, still growing, still learning. He loves to play and explore and get into everything. His active, energetic side is obvious. He came from a breeder who was closing her cattery due to health issues

Enzo is so strikingly beautiful he always attracts attention. His body just naturally falls into perfect poses. His light silky coat shimmers in sunlight and the lines of his body sort of grab your attention and take your breath away. He is all about movement right now, running about exploring. Playing makes him so happy.

When he arrived he was not thrilled with how his life was going. He was unsure of things and held back .He needed some time to get to know us and settle down. We found he absolutely loved food and catnip.

Enzo needs a family experienced with cats who can give him the attention he needs to learn and grow. He doesn't like rough treatment or rough play. He is more a baby kitty type of cat. He has been growing in confidence and social skills and is friendly even to strangers.

I would not suggest a noisy home for him.No barking dogs, dominant cats or busy young children for this boy. He needs a safe environment where his sensitive nature can be nurtured and pampered.

Siamese kitties are known for their sensitivity and intelligence and loyalty to their humans.

Enzo gets along with most cats. We were told his best friend at the breeder's home was another male kitty. We don't know how he is with dogs.

With his sweet Siamese nature he will make some lucky family a wonderful, loving companion.

Enzo is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

He currently lives with his foster family in Santa Cruz.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Enzo please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet Butts at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com If you are unable to reach Harriet Butts please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Additional adoption info

READY TO ADOPT?
The first step in the adoption process for your new kitty is to submit an adoption application. The second step is to contact the foster home listed on the specific cat(s) or kittens you are interested in to find out more. Are you adopting a kitten? Kittens do best when they have a friend or two to grow up with! Kittens who grow up with another feline friend tend to be well-behaved, well-adjusted, and overall happier. Purebred Plus Cat Rescue kittens are typically adopted as pairs or as a single kitten to homes with an appropriate feline playmate. If you prefer only one kitten, we strongly encourage you to consider one of our wonderful older kittens or young adult cats that are available!

Go meet their pets

Our cats are neutered or spayed, vaccinated and FELV/FIV tested. We are not a shelter. All of our cats are fostered in private homes. The whole goal of the adoption process is to ensure the cat or kitten is a good fit for you, the adopter, and your environment. We are looking for the best fit NOT first come first serve. We always focus on what is the best for the cat or kitten.

When you adopt from Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue, you are saving TWO lives - the cat you adopt and the cat who gets to take its place in rescue!

More about this rescue

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, socialization, and rehoming of purebred and other exceptional cats and kittens into permanent homes. We are further dedicated to educating the public on the proper care of specific purebred breeds and the importance of spaying and neutering pets to control the animal population. We carefully match cats with their forever families by evaluating each cat's personality, temperament, and special needs.
