Meet Dexter!
11-year-old male • mixed breed
Dexter is a wonderful senior gentleman with a big heart and a lifetime of love to give. Adopted as a puppy, he recently found himself back at the shelter after 11 years when his family divorced — through no fault of his own.
He’s an affectionate, easygoing dog who loves being part of the action and close to his people. Dexter did great in foster care with another dog his size and age, and he’s perfectly happy relaxing by your side or keeping you company around the house.
He’s housebroken, well-mannered, and ready to spend his golden years surrounded by love. 💛
