Boxy is a timid but gentle 2-year-old husky mix who was recently surrendered by his owner and is still learning to feel secure. Boxy allows handling, though he’s a bit uncomfortable with his paws being touched, and he takes treats gently once he feels safe. He loves playing with giggle balls, and is starting to really learn how to play! On leash he walks nicely at your side, occasionally startling at noises but relaxing with continued reassurance. Boxy is shy with new people and needs time to warm up, but once he does, he enjoys quiet affection. He is recommended for homes with teens 16 and older.
