Ellie is looking for her forever home!

Ellie is a sweet, affectionate, smart, young husky mix who was found abandoned and surviving on her own in San Mateo for nearly two weeks. Despite a wide search, no owner ever came forward. She is now safe in a loving foster home and doing wonderfully.

Ellie has blossomed into a playful, gentle, house-trained companion who loves walks, car rides, and being near her people. She settles beautifully indoors, sleeps in her crate through the night, and has quickly learned routines. She knows her basic commands and walks beautifully on the leash. She'd be the perfect trail buddy, or chill WFH pal. And those eyes!!

She'll thrive as the only dog in an adult household (older teens are okay) with a fenced yard and adopters who will provide daily exercise.
