My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stormy is a stunning Husky mix who’s just under 8 months old and full of personality! This gorgeous girl has a sweet, docile nature and does wonderfully with children and other dogs. She’s already learned to sit for a treat and knows to go “outside to potty,” but like any young pup, she’s still working on perfecting her manners. If you’re not actively watching her, Stormy is known to sneak a table-top treasure or have a potty accident if left to her own devices!

Stormy is an energetic, affectionate pup who thrives on activity, attention, and structure. She loves running and playing with her foster’s 3-year-old lab, and she’ll need a home ready to keep up with her big-dog energy. A long daily walk is what this girl needs to stay happy and well-behaved, also continued training will be essential. Stormy will absolutely shine with guidance and consistency.

She enjoys chasing toys and loves a small Kong with peanut butter, squeaky plush toys, and plenty of durable chew bones. With lots of love, patience, and positive reinforcement, Stormy blossoms into a snuggly, kiss-giving sweetheart. She’s a wonderful pup who just needs the right family to help her grow into her best self!

All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
