My name is Greer!

Greer arrived from the city pound on November 6th. Her legal stray hold had expired and no one had claimed her. She is a pint-sized pit bull type gal, who is short and stocky. Greer can be a little bit shy when first approached but is an absolute honey. She has been spayed, microchipped, and fully vetted, and her fee is $150.

Greer is pretty well mannered but could use some basic training. She is very strong. We're thinking that she would do best as the only pet in the home. She keeps her kennel very clean. We do think she would be okay with older kids (no infants or toddlers).

NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.

We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
