Valley is a young, energetic dog. Her favorite activity is cuddling in the lap of her trusted person. She's incredibly smart and eager to learn—especially when treats are involved! So far, she knows the commands "sit" and "down." Valley has a lot of energy and has gotten along with dogs in the shelter, but she can be too much for some dogs, so shelter staff recommends a slow introduction to any resident dogs.

Visitors are welcome to browse any time we are open.
Meet the Pet
If visitors would like to meet a pet outside of the kennel, a staff member or volunteer can assist them.
Submit Application
If it seems like a good match, the visitor will fill out a short questionnaire to help us guide their individual adoption consult.
Sign Adoption Contract
All adopters sign a contract and any disclosures required for that specific animal.
Pay Fee
With the exception of sponsored pets or specific promotions, all animals have an adoption fee.
Take the Pet Home
Adoptions occur same day and take usually about 1 hour in total.
