My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady Nymeria
Female
Age: 3 years
Weight: 73 lbs
Breed: Siberian Husky / Alaskan Malamute

Hi, I’m Lady Nymeria! You can call me Meery Moo Moo — that’s what my foster parents say when I do my adorable little woo woo (hey, I’m a husky, it’s kind of my thing!). I’m a gentle, sassy, and smart lady who loves belly rubs, squeaky toys (especially my stuffed turkey!), and curling up next to my humans for some quality cuddle time. I’m house trained, walk nicely on a leash, and know all the important things — sit, down, shake, stay, and come. I also like to add my own flair now and then, because let’s face it, I’m an independent woman who knows what she wants! I get along well with other dogs and cats, and while I haven’t officially met any kids yet, I have a kind, gentle nature — so my foster parents think I’d probably do just fine. I’d do best in a stand-alone home, though, since I’m a bit of a talker and like to express myself. When I’m not showing off my smarts or snuggling with my people, you can find me watching squirrels out the window, going for walks, or lounging on the couch like the queen I am. If you’re looking for a sweet, soulful, slightly sassy companion who will love you endlessly — and keep you entertained with my charming woo-woos — then I just might be your girl. If you are interested in meeting Lady Nymeria apply to adopt her at www.causeforcanines.org Adoption fee: $350. Must be an Ohio resident & 23 or older. Children must be 5 or older.
